Mobile Master works not stable - crashes very often. Lotus Notes must be up and running during synchronization if not the connetion to Lotus Notes takes approximately 10 minutes. For users who work on local replicas and want to synchronize during Lotus Notes running it is possible to get the message about the conflict when Lotus Notes replicates with the server automatically. Mobile Master do not support Polish letters transfer. Moreover altough one can install the software in Polish language the translation is poor and not complete. Mobile Master is not capable of sending SMSes from Samsung GT-C6112. The user gets the information that the country prefix is missing but the phone number is correct. Mobile Master do not send all characters from subject and detail fields in calendar. The result is that after next synchronization one loses the data in Lotus Notes calendar too. Last but not least (I would say the most important) the user is neglegted by customer service. I have sent several mails within two weeks asking for supprot. There was only one reply to give more details that I provided and the rest was only silence although I asked several times for help.
